I was told to re-apply on the 16th so guess they do the updates then. Might wait for a offer to appear in online banking though or wait until May to be sure :-)

If the account is new they need 6 months of account history, everyone starts on a 6 but this can change after the second month but you will not be pre approved for anything.

Credit poilcy decline / level of indebtedness / credit
Bureau data etc all come from the monthly feed Lloyds get.

Its usually around the 20th the same day as Lloyds / Halifax / BOS get paid its usually the day after (depending on weekends etc)
Can I find out my credit score?
You do not have a single credit score or rating. Different organisations take different information into account when working out your credit score and may have different scores for different products. (Kindly from Experian)

I've had various accounts starting with TSB which my dad opened when I was born. I was 14 when I opened my first current account with them and that has always been in good order internally. So that's 28 years of data if they retain all that current account data, more if they want to go back on really, really old account data :-)

Yes they asked for a copy of the Experian Credit Report, but it did not help and was just told to reapply on the 16th April. Given the wide variances on this date I'm going to leave it until May and check back with the branch to ensure nothing else has changed as a result of applying too early.

If you can get hold off a Lloyds TSB credit scoring leaflet there is an address on the back where you can appeal lending decisions.

    UPDATE:

    The address is:

    Personal Lending Department
    Secured and Specialist Lending
    New England Street
    Brighton
    East Sussex
    BN1 4GU

All three are used but for the monthly feed Experian only.

No actual search footprint appears on the credit file though with Lloyds it's as though they never even carried out a credit search at the CRA.
