My daughter is 19 and has been working in London for 6 months. She likes her job and is considering remaining working for another few years before uni.
I am resident in Scotland and my daughter was born and bought up here. She lived here constantly until having to move south to get work 6 months ago.
How long can she live outside Scotland before she loses the right to have to her fees paid?

Just a wee update to help anyone that might be in the same position. I phoned SASS and they said that while my daughter is under 25 funding is based on my residency, so she is ok for funding.0
