Dissapearing reserve price?!!

I know a stupid question.

I can't find it anywhere on the new style listing creator.

Has anyone else got this problem?

I just set my auctions with a "starting bid", having not done any auctions for ages , I assumed that this is now the reserve price? the couple I have done have a bin now price along side the bid amount. I only have one watcher though:( , still got 4 days to go yet.

    Be warned,

    "4) Reserve Fee Refunds
We will no longer refund Reserve Fees if an item sells. The cost and rules for using reserves will remain unchanged – the Reserve Fee is 2% of the reserve price (must be above £50), up to a maximum fee of £100.

I wouldn't bother with a reserve after 1st of march, Can't see it being worth it.

In the section called "How you're selling", make sure that you have selected the "Online Auction" tab and not the "Fixed Price" tab. The "Reserve Price" box should be to the right of the "Starting Price" box.

I have just noticed that in IE6, if you switch from one tab back to the other, the "Reserve Price" box no longer shows up on the "Online Auction" tab. To get round this, I deleted my cookies and started again.

(Reason 4873 for despising the new Sell Your Item Form! )
  • Thanks - it is back now!
