Hi guys,
I took a loan out on or around October 2009 for around £4500 with Natwest and belive i may be entitled to a claim for missold PPI insurance.
However i literally have no information as to agreement numbers, loan and payment amounts and have contacted the bank to provide this but they have informed me that i need to send them a letter.
In terms of writing this letter do you have any tips of how to go about this.
I have checked one of the features on the actual website and seen the draft letter but it is quite brief. Do i need to include any specific information for them to get back to me with this information.
Thanks
Danny

There is a very thorough template at the link, but it does cost £10.
However, is your loan actually paid off?
If it is not, it should be a simple matter of requesting they send the details of the account and policy numbers-many banks do charge £1 for this.0 -
Thanks for that, te template ive got is not as thorough as that one, really helpful.
And yes it was paid off a year ago0
