Balance transfer for student credit card

I'm nearing the end of my final year at uni but i've managed to max out my £1500 overdraft and lloyds student credit card of £1500 (£62 available credit) mainly down to me being frivolous and not getting a job during term time so i havent asked my parents for any help.
I've been paying back little more than the minimum payment on my credit card in the past few months and have only just began to look into balance transfers but im still clueless as to where to begin, the process of applying etc. so any help would be appreciated.
I just want to minimise what im repaying for the next few months as im hoping to get a job after graduation and can then begin to repay my debts.

Are you currently paying interest on your overdraft? at what rate?
Have you spoken to them about converting this to a graduate account once you've graduated? You may well struggle to find any cheaper options that the account you already have.
What about the credit card? what is the APR? how much is your minimum payment?
If you are not earning then your chances of being accepted for a new credit will be low. Chances of finding one that will give you a sufficent credit limit and have a promotional balance transfer rate for you to be able to transfer from your student credit card will also be low.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
0% interest on teh overdraft at the moment so thats ok and i have my final loan installment to cover my rent and expenditure. I havent really looked into graduate accounts but have heard the lloyds one offers a good deal.
the apr is 17.9% and last months minimum payment was £41. So I'm just going to have to continue paying that until i get a job?0
