identify deposit on account

My partner called to ask if I had transferred money to her account.
its a basic account with no overdraft,no charges etc (used for some DD's and some online buying)
the deposit is for £23.70 with ARREST REL and 6 digits as the pay in.
any ideas what its is?
its a BOS account if that helps
