Help. My PC is freezing when I switch on and won't go into Windows. I can only access windows by pressing F8 as it is switched on and then following a few instructions onscreen. Any ideas on the problem and possible solutions?
Thanks

It depends what instructions you are following during F8. It could be that your HD isnt set for BOOT, that your cd rom is. First before you exit F8, prompt it to save settings when you exit. Then try booting up in safe mode, and then try a reboot. failing this, your going to have to tell us what the error prompt is, and what you have to do in F8 in order to boot up Windows.:A:dance:1+1+1=1:dance::A
