Self-employed - what address to use?

I was looking at this a year or so ago. There are companies that offer virtual office services for post & telephone, and as far as I could see it would be possible to use one of those as your business address and actually work at home. But if you have expensive photographic equipment, I wonder if that would cause problems with your home insurance?

I did look into renting a very small one-room serviced office. It was quite tricky to find - most of the small premises seem to be rented out already, and I was quite specific about not wanting to travel too far. But it would be worth looking to see if you can find something suitable locally.
