Wilkinsons:
Currently (Feb 07) have BOGOF on all seeds (39p upwards), also have decent unheated propagators for £2.50 (the hard plastic type), large garden tools from about £4, compost 99p for 15l(?)

Lidl:
Currently doing seeds for 39p-59p per pack, plenty of variety. 20l compost 99p.

Poundland:
Multipacks of seeds, compost, large plastic pots, fertilisers, slug pellets, gardening gloves, small garden tools, cloches, fleece, propagators/small pots, watering cans, twine, netting etc - all £1

B+M/Bargain Madness:
40l compost £1.99

Just been to instore and they have a 3 tier mini greenhouse for £9.99.

I did go to focus but the suppliers have sold out of their ones for 12.99 and do not know when they will get anymore in.
