    Have you got allocated seats / Confirmation Number?

    yes i clicked the link to go to ticketline, i have a confirmation email stating seats etc it just said that at the top of the email

    just got 2 for my sister at manchester, i even booked on line, and i've just rang up and checked and the on-line booking went through ok

    So I think it is just where you followd the link from to get there :)
