Many times, by phone, in person (at piccadilly box office) and online (although their site was worse than useless today, it's always been fine for less-in-demand tickets). Never had a problem.

Me and my friends stood outside in the freezing cold for 6 hours at glasgow. Now fair enough there were people who has been there a lot longer but we were 250 in que. They reserve the front blocks for people who had qued. As usual people were greedy and took 6 tickets now no way they were all for keeps, a girl in front of us had her boyfriend with her and they each went to a different window and took 6 each. By the time we got too the front 6 and a half hours later we got seats way up the back. I am sick of people who sell them on! already on ebay, drives me mad.:mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad:

I've managed to get 16 tickets today in total using 4 different cards for myself and friends.

It took you 6 1/2 hours once it had opened, or total time spent queing ?

I thought SECC kept tickets especially for people who queued, that's bad of them if you waited 6 1/2 hours
