Hi i have done nearly 4 weeks.The inside word is as isdnjonny said in an earlier post that the recruitment may now be late oct/early nov,but not the remaining 500 but less.The balance of positions will be filled in Jan in preparation for F-type launch.I know things are not set in stone but this seems to be the general concensus of opinion inside Jaguar.Sorry to be the bearer of bad news,but sit tight if you have got the e-mail,it may be a wait.

I think the way manpower are doing it is they have a list of successful people with the overall top scores from all assements/interview at the top.Anyone with the highest scores will go to the top so inevitably some lower scorers will drop of the bottom of the list.Where people are on the list depends on how good or bad everyone else did.
