what wage are we talking about here!

I hope it's loads for the hoops they want you to jump through.

Can't a trained monkey be trained to work on a production line, isn't that the whole point of a production line is that it's a simple job repeated many times a day, or are these test really necessary?

No offence to anyone meant but screwing on a door handle for 8 hours a day doesn't to me warrant these level of tests.

I think it's safe to say that if you don't hear back from them within a week after passing your interview, you haven't got the job.

    But obviously, who knows.

Well when i spoke to them today, she said they are waiting for start dates from jaguar as they will look on a weekly basis if the previous group have completed their inductions etc. Once they are done then the next batch of 100 or so will be called in for induction etc. The lady said it will be within the next 2-3 weeks..

I had my interview on Monday, received the email Tuesday, and no reply back since then.

Another member on here also had his interview on Monday, received the email Tuesday, received a call Wednesday.

So I don't know, but it looks like I haven't got the job.
