    Main holidays at EMC Wolverhampton are the last week in July, first week in August (25th-5th). Same as Solihull I believe, but they get Whit week off also.

    Declare any booked holidays when asked by Manpower. It shouldn't go against you and they'll honour them when you're taken on.

    Start rate for all sites is the same. Only the shift rates and overtime rates are a little lower at EMC Wolverhampton as part of the initial negotiations. New union talks in 2018 should level things out though.
