Hi all, I have my manual assessment at 8:30 on Thurs. Anyone else attending?

Will do mate. Be interesting to see how much it has changed from the earlier posts in this thread. Got told they want immediate starts which will suit me as my current role ends next Friday.

Lads, is that true that the new hourly rate for solihull jobs is just 10,70 p/h ??? :cool:

Was told £10.75 p/h to start on the phone (day rate)

I was guessing 10.43 but I dont mind a bit of a drop. Time for a career change!

Completed my interview 2 days ago and recieved an email saying I have completed all the stages successfully , and just to wait for further contact in due course!

The interview is pretty straightforward. Make sure you have everything they've asked for as people in my group got turned away!! You have to complete the application form etc in a room, you then have a pretty in depth interview with about 20 competency based questions, you then have a drug test and then your free to go!

I had the email the next day followed by a call shortly after.

What does the manual test involve? Is it different to the past manual assessments that are explained in this thread?
