Praise for Tesco

Bought a mobile phone a month ago from Tesco. It was fine until two days ago when I couldn't hear the other person. As it was a new touchscreen and much more modern than my old brick, I was sure I'd set something wrong. Had a fiddle and couldn't sort it.
Whizzed up to Tesco and asked the nice man to see if he could sort it. Two minutes later he asked for the receipt and said he'd exchange it as was faulty.
Lovely assistant changed all my numbers and sim cards etc over for me.
