Napster help please

I use Napster but i heard that it has changed today but now when i log into it it wont let me.

So does anyone know how i can log into the new service that they have started? as can not find out anything about what EX Napster users should do and i have just paid the £14.95 fee for Napster to go in the last few days but they didnt tell me anything about them changing.

I've been a Napster user for some time now and opted for the continuation with Rhapsody (with a free months subscription) a couple of weeks ago. They had emailed me warning of the change about 2 months ago and more recently with details of the switch and the option to continue with a Napster type package.

I have just clicked onto my 'Napster' bookmark to open up the window and it came up with a Rhapsody screen and upper right an option for Napster Users to sign in here.

Just used my old Napster login (email address) and password and got in with out any problems. I've just checked my account details which show I have a free month and then continue with 'Napster Unlimited' at £5 per month.

I notice you posted late last night and they may have taken that part of the site out for switchover purposes.

I got an email a while ago telling me about the changes, it directed me to the website online version of it.

Which says to log in with email address.

I have now downloaded the new software for it and logged in but i cant work out on how to move a song to my MP3 player as i have Napster to go.

it picks up my player but just cant move the song that i have just downloaded.

Think i may have to ring them.
