Not-too commerical but fun for kids caravan park in the UK?

We're looking to go somewhere in England or Wales in May. On a v v limited budget, so looking for a static caravan park. We have a two year old, so at least a playground would be useful. Don't want to go to a massive all-singing and flashing Haven type site. Something nice and quiet and low key - would be really great to be v close to the sea!
Does anyone have any top recommendations.
Cheers,

Hi acemoola I went to Cornwall last May with my 2 children (age 12 and 8) and stayed in the John Fowler Holiday Park in St Ives. There was a bar, swimming pool, small shop (that baked bread, pasties and doughnuts). There was lots of activities nearby Flambards theme park, Paradise Park and Lands End. We stayed there on a budget (£120 for 3 nights), there were lots of pubs, chip shops and the usual McDonalds and KFC locally. Would definitely go there again.
