BHS Mastercard query

I just want to find out whether I can make a one off payment on a BHS Mastercard? The card isn't mine.
All I want to do is do a transfer via Nationwide online.
This payment would not pay for all outstanding payments on the card. Would the payment pay against those that are due for an interest charge?
The payment deadline is the 6th so wanted to get the transfer done asap so it clears in time.

Can you explain a bit more.
Do you have a nationwide bank account in your name? and you want to use this to make a payment to a bhs credit card in someone else's name?
If that is correct and you are talking about a nationwide bank account then yes you can do this. Details on how to pay by faster payment should be on the BHS credit card statement.
Usually the payment will be allocated against the transactions with the highest APR from the previous credit card statement before it is allocated to transactions that have occured since the last statement.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
Yes I have Nationwide account in my name and have transfered cash via nationwide online account previously, just not a Mastercard / Credit Card.
I'll have a look at the statement to see what it says about faster payments.0 -

I believe the BHS card is run by Santander? If so, they should show the payment arriving instantly (my Santander Zero card does). Suggest you try a £1 test payment first, before sending a large payment in 'anger'.0
