Best way to sign over land?

We have been kindly given some land to build on by my fianc! parents. We have the foundations all ready and have got the mortgage hopefully sorted, however we just need to sign over the land.
Are there any templates that we can use to help us with the paperwork and then just get the solicitors to look over it as this will hopefully save us a lot of money.
Thanks in advance

You need to get solicitors involved, I don't know of any templates, but the cost should only be a couple of hundred quid or so for each side for a simple gift of land.
Have you had the land professionally valued for in-laws CGT purposes? Ideally you would normally transfer the land before any work started and before planning permission is obtained - as that will give a lower valuation for their CGT calculation.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0
