hi all i installed nero 7 on my mates computer a Dell Dimonsion C521 ,the program did install but there is no way to start it ,you go into add and remove it is saying there is a problem with this program so I do have 2 differance copys and none are working ,he's running xp home with ntl homeguard anyone out there can help

Google Nero removal tool and download the application. It will remove all traces of nero. Re boot the machine and try a clean install from there
