mbna cc claim

I feel like mbna are just using delaying tactics . Have had a claim in with them now for 9 weeks. I have rang them the odd time to get update .However yesterday when i rang the adviser told me they had not got my form i had sent in. I told him i have rang many times & no one else has said that, i think this is just delaying tactics. Has anyone else had same.

    Hi

    Did you use recorded delivery?
If so I would print off the proof of delivery from track and trace and send.

So I take it, you have to send another complaint then?

Any probs, get your MP to help you.

    Good luck.

Have you not had a written acknowledgement of your complaint? It seems strange to have to rely on telephone calls you have made yourself at every stage.
If you do have to make a new complaint, ensure you send it recorded so that you can track whether it has been received. Also, if you ring them, ask for the reference number which has been assigned to your complaint so that you have something concrete to refer to.
I do doubt whether it's genuine delaying "tactics", as the Bank could achieve the same effect by simply writing to tell you there is a delay.
