Could we have a sticky about tenancy renewal?

This subject comes up time and time again - "My agent is charging me £xxx.xx to renew my tenancy agreement" and similar advice about options to go for an SPT is dished out on almost daily basis.
Would it be possible to have a Sticky at the top of the page, explaining the SPT, how it is an automatic right for a tenant staying over their fixed term, and the notice requirement changes? We could then refer people there rather than re-posting the same story over and over. I am happy to draft something, if the more knowledgable here could proof read/amend, but I don't know how to get it made a permanent feature?
Any suggestions/advice please?
Thanks

Funnily enough, I just yesterday updated the Tenant's Guide sticky (Section F - Moving Out, part 1.) with something not to disimilar to what you are suggesting - after finally reading a PM that tbs642 sent to me a month ago.
However reading what you are saying, I think I could make a bit more of the "automatic" nature of the SPT (or is it SPA - we should decide the correct term!).
The only problem is that I have almost reached the Character limit for the post, so may have to start splitting it up into sections!Don't pay off your student loan quicker than you have to.0
