banks will not tell me how much i paid!

hi
I have been ringing lloyds and l.direct/direct line which i have my ppi claims in with, they will not tell me how much ppi i paid on each loan, i keep being passed from one department to another. i know if i have an offer it will show on the breakdown eventually but i really dont trust them, and want to know myself beforehand. will they send me copies of the original loan agreements free of charge does anyone know ( sorry i'm new to all this )

    You mention direct line. How can you be mis-sold on direct line?

    No. It costs you £1 if the loan is still in force or £10 if it is closed.

    Direct line sell loans, i had 3 with them with missold ppi.

    A SAR will provide all the information you want, but costs £10.

    They supply loans but I thought they would be execution only (i.e. not advice).

    Remember that there is nothing wrong with having insurance. It is whether they are mis-sold or not.

    it was definitley mis-sold as i never knew i had it..it's actually rbs that are dealing with the mis-sell they cover lombard direct and direct line insurance
