Low Storage space on Wildfire S - Please help!

I've had this problem before, but not so severe and after a call to Orange decided that if I regularly cleared the cache it wouldn't be a problem. Anyway, I have really low internal storage on my phone now, so low that I sometimes can't send texts, or use the internet, or view photos in the gallery, etc, etc. At the momentI have only 1.8mb or internal storage space on it. There is not even anything I can move on to the SD card, I literally have no apps downloaded by me now. There is only what came on the phone in the first place. I deleted Angry Birds and now have no Hotmail on there - always cleared the cache after having ininstalling anything. It's a bit maddening really, I can't view emails or look at my photos!!!!! I would be grateful if anyone can help before I phone Orange again, or throw my phone in the bin!!!! Thanks for reading.
