what is wrong with these people.

They decided giving people interest free loans, with no fees, yet having to send statements out every month, wasn't the wisest commercial decision in the world.

    Strange people.

This is a bit out of character for you, TWH. I thought is was just lefty scum that expected something for nothing?
  • being a user of 0% myself, i think that longer 0% interest periods for a small fee for someone who is paying down a debt is a good deal. If you pay within the stated time then the only extra you pay is the fee which for between 1 and 3 % still beats any interest i would fancy paying otherwise. I think it's a fair deal coming from someone in debt who is trying to get back on the straight and narrow ;)
