being a user of 0% myself, i think that longer 0% interest periods for a small fee for someone who is paying down a debt is a good deal. If you pay within the stated time then the only extra you pay is the fee which for between 1 and 3 % still beats any interest i would fancy paying otherwise. I think it's a fair deal coming from someone in debt who is trying to get back on the straight and narrow0
