sky box circle of light not turned on

I was dusting around the tv, although I did not touch the sky box, when the sky went off, and on to the telly, the circle of light is not on, and all I got is the small green light in the right hand side, I tried turning it off for a minute or two??the samsung remote works for tv and does the dvd one, any ideas what has happen?/ thanks sue

Try this.

Using the remote, go into Services, Settings and check the "Front Panel Indicator". Set it to whatever you require.
