Clarification on closing date/notification date (though what OP has said is what is on the website):
1. Entry is only open to residents of the UK, ROI & Channel Islands.
2. No purchase necessary; just complete the above form to enter.
3. One entry, per person, per household may be submitted.
4. All entries must be received by 30th April 2012.
5. The prize will be drawn at random from the correct entries received by the closing date, and sent to the winning name by 5th May 2012.
6.Entries must be submitted by an individual (not via any agency or similar) and, unless otherwise stated, are limited to one per household.
