not received any letters from tax credits??

Keep reading and hearing about people receiving letters from tax credits re new rules regarding income limits, however, we have not received anything at all, does this mean that our payments are not affected by the changes or have we been overlooked??

We have one child age 12, I am on IB at present and hubby works 38 hours a week and qualifies for the disability element, he receives around £2.70 a week wtc.

Very unlikely you'd be affected. You'll probably see CTC go up a bit.

We've not received anything either. I know we aren't affected by the changes and we have nothing new to report so I'm not worried.

It is unusual not to have something by now though!

Why are you panicking when you/your partners are working over the required amount of hours?

This new rule only applies to those couples working under 24 hours....hence why you haven't had a letter.
