Tesco customers threatened with fines after parking for just three minutes

Same old poorly written garbage, talking about 'fines'. Although it hardly portrays the PPC's in a positive light!

    I suppose that it is too much to hope that one day a reporter will actually get the facts right and stop perpetuating the myth that these are "fines".
    I live in hope, but I suspect that I will not live long enough, to read the words "unenforceable invoice" used by a reporter in describing these cases.
    I can afford anything that I want.
    Just so long as I don't want much.

    I suspect that they only manage to spell "fines" correctly, because of spell checking software. :)
    The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life. :)
