Downloadable manual for HD Recorder

Hi

My daughter has gone on holiday and i need to transfer programmes from my sky box to her HD recorder but i can't find the manual and the link is not working on the manufacturers site

Its a Lite On HD-7409x recorder, if anyone can give me the dummies guide how to,

Connect the hd recorder via scart to the Sky Box and then go to the planner page and start playing the recording and start the recorder.
You cannot "transfer" directly sad but true

Right i've already managed to do that, but how do i view it it on the recorder to make sure it has recorded. Sorry i know i sound really thick but dont know where the manual is or the remote. Do i connect the liteon box to the tv through the same scart??
