Has anyone tried them / got feedback?

New one on me but they've got a pretty good deal on Royal Canin (Light 40 for the cats) - 10kg for £39.33 which is the cheapest I've seen it for ages!

That is a very good price, but they do charge delivery of £4.99 for heavier items unless you spend £59+.

Zooplus currently have 10% off all orders for the next three days - the code is on the site. This might mean they are cheaper than Monster especially as they have free delivery for £19+? Plus you can get 5% cash back with Z+ but I don't believe Monster are registered with either Top Cashback or Quidco.

I had noticed the delivery which is a pain in the *£$" - did check Zoo+ earlier as I also got the 10% off email - it's £47.99 there (but with the 10% off & free delivery probably works out cheaper anyway .....)

But still hate the fact that it's cheaper elsewhere to start with IYKWIM (or am I just odd!)

I recently ordered from them for the 1st time to order 5 lots of Naturediet. No problems at all, fast delivery, well packaged and kept up to date with tracking information.

Will use them again for sure.

ETA since posting this found out why we had a very unpleasant smell coming from the storage cupboard...one of the 18 packs of Naturediet had a problem...none of the lids were applied properly! I took some pics and emailed Monster Pet Supplies and they are awaiting a response from Naturediet if they want to collect the case and in meantime have been offered a replacement or refund. Very friendly, good customer service so far and happy how they are handling this.
