Will a DRO affect my childs savings?
My son has a bank account which his father (my ex-partner) pays money into every month (like child maintenace but only there if needed for my son).
I am in the middle of setting up a DRO, will my sons savings and the money going into his account cause problems with this?

Who's name is the account in? If it's not in your name then it shouldnt affect the DRO0
