Method & cost of entry:

· PRTS Phone - call 09012 93 33 33 and follow instructions; up to 6 entries per phone number. Entrants who enter twice from the same phone number will be invited to stay on the line on their second call to enter the competition a third time without additional charge. This can be repeated twice to reach the 6 entries per phone number limit. The entrant’s third entry must be made on the second call from that phone number. Each call costs no more than £1.03 from BT landlines. Other networks may be higher and from mobiles considerably more.

· SMS text – send a SMS text to 83336 with A, B or C to indicate your answer to the question; up to 6 entries per phone number. SMS entrants will receive a SMS reply message acknowledging their SMS entry and inviting them to enter the competition via SMS a second time using the same mobile number to receive an additional entry into the competition without charge. Entrants who then send a second SMS text with their answer to 83336 by the competition closing date and time will automatically be entered a third time without charge. This can be repeated twice to reach the 6 entries limit. Each of the SMS entrant’s first two (2) SMS text entries costs £1.00 plus one standard network rate message.

Winner selection and prize:

The first correct entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will be the winner of the first prize. The first prize includes:

· a cheque for £20,000 (twenty thousand pounds) made payable in the name of the first prize winner only;

· a Chessington family annual pass (the “annual pass”) as well as an Ultimate fast-track pass (the “Ultimate fast-track pass“) for four (4) people (i.e. the winner of the first prize winner and three (3) companions including children aged 12 years old or under) to go to attractions at Chessington World of Adventures in Surrey (“Chessington”). The Ultimate fast-track pass is valid for one day only as dated on the Ultimate fast-track pass. The annual pass is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. The Ultimate fast-track pass and the annual pass (the “passes”) are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged and are subject to the prize provider’s terms and conditions, availability and restrictions including but not limited to height, weight, size and age restrictions and medical warnings at certain attractions and for certain rides, blackout dates and times as may be advised when the passes may not be used. The first prize winner and their companions may be required to provide their full name, date of birth and a current and valid photograph to be issued with the passes; and

· a two-night break to the Chessington Resort Hotel at Chessington for four (4) people (i.e. the winner of the runner-up prize and three (3) companions, at least two (2) of which companions must be children aged 15 years old or under) on a bed and breakfast basis and based on four (4) people staying in a family room which sleeps up to two (2) adults and two (2) children, and a zebra safari excursion for those in the travelling party who are 8 years old or over (the “break at Chessington”). The break at Chessington excludes meals and drinks unless otherwise included in the prize, additional accommodation, transportation, travelling expenses, excursions, treatments, hotel charges, room service, phone calls, personal expenses, insurance and taxes. The break at Chessington must be booked and taken up within 12 months of winner confirmation subject to restrictions including, without limitation, blackout dates and times when the break at Chessington may not be taken up, dates between 5 and 7 May 2012 inclusive; between 2 and 10 June 2012 inclusive; between 25 and 27 August 2012 inclusive; between 26 and 28 October 2012 inclusive; between 2 and 4 November 2012 inclusive; and any other date(s) as may be specified by the prize provider.

A further five (5) correct entries drawn at random from all eligible entries will each be the winner of the runner-up prize. The runner-up prize includes:

Where the winner’s companion is aged under 18 years old, they must have prior parental or guardian permission and must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over when taking up the prize. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companions when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.
