A 'new line' is not the OP's issue..
Your problem is entirely different. Usually with a new build it's down to the address not yet being added to the OR database.No free lunch, and no free laptop

My 4th attempt of trying to migrate to Sky looks like its finally going through :j
I have even just had a email from talktalk to say they are sad to see me go !!
I must say the Sky staff member has been great , he has called me back everytime he said he would !! :T:T
So all being well , i should migrate with my existing number
