Can I just ask where can you get some flea powder? I think our puppy got some fleas from another dog as she keeps scratching herself. I'd given her some drops a couple of weeks ago but I don't think they worked. I'm bathing her tonight and then giving her fr0ntline. I'd given fipr0line(?) last time, but I'm wondering if our carpets are infested as well so flea powder could help.
I'm sure it'll be worth it;)
When we had an infestation some years ago, I used "4Fleas" spray, from P3ts At H0me. Downside is you have to take the whole family out of the house for an hour or so.

Vanilla - you cope so increadibly well with the demands of your family. You wouldn't be normal if you didn't have a slight wobbly every now and again. Huge hugs sweetheart, deep breath and carry on xxx

Bossymoo - The pox is horrible. My now 20 year old daughter was horrendously poorly with it. Anti histamine might help with the itching and may make your DD drowsy if she's struggling to sleep.

I've wiped all the paintwork downstairs and cleaned out the fridge. 2 loads of washing done. We are pet-sitting a friend's dog from Wednesday to Sunday. She's good but I don't like the doggy smell in the house. The smelly candles are getting a good burning!

DS1 is going from bad to worse. , It's horrible being the butt of his impatience and boredom. It's really getting on top of me.

DH and I have a night away tonight. Things have consipired against us and all our childcare arrangements have colapsed at the last minute so instead of going late this afternoon we are now not going until 7pm. Hardly worth going, I'm so tired I'll get there and fall asleep.

    Hi guys

Awww Bossymoo that sounds awful, hope little one gets better soon x

Been to work *sweaty Betty* it's awful cleaning in this weather lol.....saying that I've just done my kitchen :D and been round after the window cleaner wiping off the frames and ledges. Windows are sparkling though.

WM is on the go, I've started doing some for one of my house-bound ladies who's laundry company folded and the new one wanted £15 for a couple of towels and a single duvet set  not on your Nellie is she paying that, so I'm doing it, she offered to pay but tbh it's nowt to me to just bung another load on so it's free gratis.

Got the house to myself and not quite sure what to do next, there's nothing pressing so I may just peruse t'internet while I've got peace and quiete.

Am I going to be the first to whinge about this hot weather, Yes I am! It's horrid! I want Spring to be Spring not 23 degrees so it can get lost and please can we have some rain, it's almost Australian-outback like outside, there's dust everywhere. It's supposed to drop to 10 degrees tomorrow so here's hoping. :p

embb i totally agree about the weather, my bedrooms are all in the region of 23 degrees, and thats even with fans going full blast in mine and bens room. i dont like the weather when its this hot, its lovely and great for drying the washing and stuff, but hard graft yuch!!!!!!!!

just had a hhc in the spare room, and about to go onto the pile of stuff on the landing, then im going to go down, quickly hoover the living room again, do the days ironing and then chill.
