Changing Username and Email details on EBay

Hi, I have just started selling on EBay and think I should change my username and email, I didn’t think of it when I opened my account, but I used my name and the year I was born, now I am worried about identity fraud, and my email is giving my husband’s name.

Am I just being paranoid?
Can the details be changed? Will my buyers become suspicious?
If they can be changed when is the best time to change them e.g. when all sales are completed, or no outstanding feedback etc?
Or should I just leave things as they are?

You can change them very easily, it will just show as an icon that your id was changed within the last 30 days and people can see your old id name.
I would change them when you have no sales going through etc. as you wil have to add your new email to paypal.

I have a different e-mail address on my ebay account to my paypal account. I've had no problems making any payments.

i think you lose any feedback you have too if you change ur username

NO! You don't lose any feedback if you hange your username. You simply have an icon in my eBay next to your feedback scorr which means you have changed your User ID and that icon will be there for 30 days. YOU DO NOT LOSE YOUR FEEDBACK!
