PPI and related Bank Charges

Hi guys
I've just created my letters to send to my creditors re:PPI claims.
Also, I missed the boat with bank charges and have a huge amount I could have claimed back.
If my bank account was tipped over the limit by the payment for a loan+PPI, could it re-open my eligibility to re-claim the bank charges (loan through same bank)??
The reason I ask is that I couldn't find anything related via a forum search, which left me wondering, has the subject yet to be considered??
What are people's thoughts/experiences on this??
