I've had a look on their site and can't seem to find the answer to my question ....... how do you pay a cheque into the account when they don't have branches?

They're a subsidiary of HSBC so you can pay in at any HSBC branch or post it.0

They supply you with a small number of postage-paid (first class) envelopes at account opening. When you need more all you need to do is phone them.0
