Nat West refusing t&c's

I used the letter on MSE to request the T&C's for a loan I took out a few years ago plus the loans that superseded it, I enclosed a chq for a pound. I have now received a response saying in line with Data protection they cannot give me details of closed accounts. Does anyone know how I get the t&c's now? MSE mentions I can get a full breakdown of my account for £10, but I can't find a template of how to ask for this. What exactly am I asking for? Any help would be most welcome

It's all in this thread;

It will provide everything the Bank has on file for you. It still won't provide backdated t&Cs though.However, I suspect it's not the terms and conditions you actually need. If you already have the loan account numbers and some valid reasons to complain then go here;

Are you sure it says that?
The £1 request method is not data protection but consumer credit act. The £10 method is data protection act.
The £1 method only works on accounts/debts that are still outstanding. Once the debt has been repaid or account closed then consumer credit act requirements no longer apply and the lender can reject the request.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
