There is a free office suite available on Android - I use it for making notes where I have nothing else available. It is quite usable. I believe you can use a USB or Bluetooth keyboard on the Iconia, I have never needed to. I have a 32GB micro SD card coming to expand the storage, but this is only because I am going to keep a catalogue of various media I have at home on it (I can get the software free on Android but can't find it free for Windows!!) that will involve a lot of graphics, never had a problem needing extra storage for anything else, 32GB is a lot of storage for a tab.

I would agree that doing a lot of typing on it would be impractical without a physical keyboard.

I went for the Iconia because it has so many ports on it. I was waiting for the Samsung myself but the fact that you have to buy connectors for it and I would end up losing them iin the bottom of my bag or whatever put me off. Tabs like the Iconia or Transformer have the ports already and I went for the Iconia because I had an offer I could not refuse.

I have a mac computer where I store my photos (do have back up) but also have over 14000 photos and only had the make for 6 years.

Would be looking at some games apps and some music (not many though say probably 20 albums max I would say)

?Where can you find the card readers etc. Have seen them but concerned as they are not known shops.

Can I confirm that there is a usb port on the samsiung 16gb tablet?
