March 2012 Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Prize subject to availability and valid for six months from the winning date, and excludes peak holiday periods. Prize based on two people sharing accommodation and all entrants must be aged 18 or over.
2. Competition opens on the 26th of March and ends on the 8th of April. All entries must be submitted by 23:59hrs on 8 April 2012, after which time no more entries will be accepted.
3. Competitions are not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of World Awards Ltd. or any subsidiary of World Awards Ltd., companies associated with the promotion and all affiliates of such companies.
4. The winner will be the entrant who answers the questions correctly. The prize itinerary consists of the following: two-night stay for two people sharing at Cannizaro House, including bed and breakfast, one champagne afternoon tea for two, one evening of fine dining for two and one cocktail-making class for two. Extras such as, beverages, transfers, laundry, lunches and dinners and all additional expenses will be for your own account. This competition does not include travel costs. Please note that this voucher is subject to availability and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
5. No purchase necessary.
6. Limit of one entry per person only.
7. The prize will not be transferable to another person.
8. No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.
9. If the Promoter at any time reasonably considers an Entry is inappropriate and/or fails to comply with its guidelines, it may disqualify the Entry.
10. The name and country of the winner will be available on the Website within 2 weeks from the closing date of the Competition and such details shall remain on the Website for no more than one month.
11. The decisions of the Promoter and of the judges will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the Competition except as detailed in these Terms & Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to check the validity of any entry and the identity of any Winner.
12. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are incomplete, lost, delayed, defaced, damaged, wrongly delivered or not received for whatever reason, illegible or otherwise unreadable entries. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of dispatch will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
13. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit in any way the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence. Subject to that, the Promoter shall have no liability for: (a) technical problems of any kind which may limit or prevent any person’s participation in the Competition; (b) any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the allocation of the prize.
14. The Promoter reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the Competition if it believes, in its sole discretion, that the Competition is not capable or is likely not to be capable of being conducted fairly or as specified within these Terms & Conditions due to events beyond its control (including, without limitation, a virus, a computer bug, automated voting or unauthorised human intervention or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter that could corrupt or affect the administration, security, impartiality or normal course of the Competition).
