hi all have anyone used those companies who offer to buy your house straight off for full value i have to sell mine asap due to debt problems.thanks:)

There are loads of threads on here about them.
They offer near or full price then change to a lot lower near completion or a stupidly low price to begin with
You are better pricing it lower to encourage a quick sale through an estate agent0 -
