Cautious consumers pay off debt

You've made an assumption - that's not proof.
It doesn't make a difference to the debt it's just another different way of expressing it. Using your link I expressed it as debt per household, if you want to express it as debt per working age adult that's up to you. The absolute number doesn't matter - what it means does.
I didn't say that £1.5tn wasn't a big deal. For absolute clarity it's a very large amount of money.
???????.....
You are making no sense at all now, I really do not understand what you are trying to say or even prove.
10 year kids do not have £25k in debts, it's a well known fact that most freehold UK homes are paid off and not mortgaged, I cannot help you if you are that ignorant with your housing stats, or are you just being bloody minded. And I would say make a calculated guess on the number of people that are debt free in the black or better. To win you argument you would probably say one or two knowing how you debate, I personally would say it is in the 10's of millions. so that leaves not the many people with a huge debt burden.0 -

So, to summarise, you were asked for the data your assumptions were based on, and what you actually provided were more of your assumptions.
You appear to be getting confused between "facts" and "stuff you make up".Nothing is foolproof, as fools are so ingenious!

And you are just one of these pretend Bulls who does not care who is right in a debate as long as it is a bull.
You obviously have read none of the thread, wotitit has done nothing but post generalisations and made brash statements and then had the cheek to tell others to supply facts.
Ok,lets start with just one thing I said...
I am saying that most UK propertys is mortgage free?
Yes or no

Name calling.
How very mature, your mum must be so proud.
Clearly, if you are now launching your potty across the room, then you already know you are in the wrong.
There's no point in getting stroppy and changing the subject.
You were asked for the data you base your assumptions on, so can you actually now provide it?
All we have seen so far is your rantings at whotsthat (who you are also calling names - what a scary internet hardman you are!), because they have asked you to back up your statements.Nothing is foolproof, as fools are so ingenious!
