Ordering a takeaway (especially Indian) online = Win.
Receiving a good meal from said order = Win.

I have disagreed with a lot of what bears say on this board, I think the last time I did just that was when I disagreed that interest rates would or should be now cut, only a few days ago.
And I don't like to argue with anyone on here, I see what I am doing now as retaliating against some mouthy Bulls.
Joeskeeppi and wotstit came gunning for me from the start, I remained civil to them until recently, there is only so much you can take off a gob!!!!! like Joe.
I don't hate anyone for being bullish on property if thats their true stance(most are fake on here though), and I definetly do not hate homeowners or want them(most) to suffer in any way.
BTL can go and rot though, the more they suffer the better, might not play a part in creating another speculative bubble then.:)0 -
