Sold! and bought! :) - Offer to survey timescales?

Sold last week and put offer in this morning on house to buy..

Thanks to the tips on here, went in to EA at 9:30am with all my details such as mortgage promise, passport ID etc, proof I had sold.

Was told thank you for the offer we will contact you later today but I politely insisted they contacted the vendor now and I would wait.

They already had an offer of £3k below asking price but the buyers could not sell there own house.

We offered £5k below asking price, EA spoke to vendor and was accepted, … So great news so far! :j

Asked the EA for a Sold sign to be up within 48 hours. They said they would order it today and will be up by Friday.
Made sure all future viewings were cancelled (don’t think there were any) and

Thanks to everyone who has helped!!!
