Sky changing channels ??

When we are watching Sky tv it keeps jumping to ordinary tv and BBC 1 ???

    Is the power failing on the Sky box? (does it turn off, red light shows on the box etc?)

    an if it's not powering off, try changing the cable (SCART?) between Sky box and TV, as it's probably a faulty connection at one or other end of that.

    Broken button on remote control ?

    Could be causing false button presses with movement/vibration.

    Child/dog/cat hidden behind sofa playing with a programmable watch/remote thing?
  • Still having the problem so phoned Sky who said they would send an engineer. £75 so I said oh no just cancel. They then reduced it to £40 I still said no just cancel. Then offered £10 so I accepted.
