speckyfoureyes callback NO!

whilst looking on the specky four eyes website it says 'request a call back' at the top of the page and when looking at a pair of individual glasses a window annoyingly keeps poping out from the side saying the same thing.

i did request a call back hoping to get a swift answer to a question and no call was made back to me, checked my emails later and they replied to my email instead, asking me what i wanted to discuss in the call.

why offer to call you back when they don't?:mad: ridiculous!

Think of it as an opportunity to find out what their their customer service is like before you spend money with them. It isn't a firm I have ever used, but I'd be wary on the basis of your experience so far.
