I was wondering if anyone could offer any advice.
I purchased 2 tickets yesterday to see Eddie Vedder at the Hammersmith Apollo on the 31st July
I purchased online via the Ticketmaster site. I received e-mail confirmation and £101.25 was charged to my credit card.
This afternoon I received an automated voicemail and a follow up e-mail informing there was an error on their web and I was not charged £5.00 per ticket booking fee. They went on to say i don't call their call centre and cough up, they will refund by inital payment and I'll lose the tickets.
I done some digging and it appears this effected everyone who booked tickets for this events.
Now I know its only a tenner, but I have to ask- do I have to pay this even though it was a done deal and I received e-mail confirmation of my purchase yesterday.
And the so and so's have an 0845 number to call to resolve.
Regards
Dan

Do you have the tickets?
If not then likely that they have T&Cs along the lines of DSRs and contract is formed on dispatch of tickets which means they can cancel up until they are posted and give you a refund.Thinking critically since 1996....0
