    Competition entry question:
    Answer the question as stated in ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ and/or ‘Britain’s Got More Talent’ (the “programme”) and follow the instructions given. Eligible entries will be entered into a draw to win a prize.

    Opening/closing date & time:
    · Competition opens for entries via PRTS, SMS and online as stated in the programme.
    · Competition closes for entries via PRTS and SMS at 4:00 p.m. as stated in the programme.
    · Competition closes for entries online via the www.itv.com website at 9:00 a.m. no less than 3 working days after the closing date and time for entries via PRTS and SMS.

    Competition draw date:
    Within no more than 24 hours of the closing date and time for all entries.

    Method & cost of entry:
    · PRTS Phone - call 0904 16 19 777 and follow instructions; up to 6 entries per phone number. Entrants who enter twice from the same phone number will be invited to stay on the line on their second call to enter the competition a third time without additional charge. This can be repeated twice to reach the 6 entries per phone number limit. The entrant’s third entry must be made on the second call from that phone number. Each call costs no more than £1.54 from BT landlines. Other networks may be higher and from mobiles considerably more.
    · SMS - send a SMS text to 63323 with A, B or C to indicate their answer to the question; up to 6 entries per phone number. SMS entrants will receive a SMS reply message acknowledging their SMS entry and inviting them to enter the competition via SMS a second time using the same mobile number to receive an additional entry into the competition without charge. Entrants who then send a second SMS text with their answer to 63323 by the competition closing date and time will be entered into the draw three (3) times for a chance to win the prize. This can be repeated twice to reach the 6 entries limit. Each of the SMS entrant’s first two (2) SMS text entries costs £1.50 plus one standard network rate message.
    · Online – go to www.itv.com and follow the instructions; up to 6 entries per phone number.

    Prize:
    The prize includes £10,000 (the “cash”), an overnight trip to London (the “London trip”) including VIP tickets (“VIP tickets”) to see Matilda The Musical in London (the “show”) and a trip to St. Vincent and the Grenadines (the “holiday”). Further details on each element of the prize are as follows:

    Cash
    A cheque for £10,000 (ten thousand pounds) made payablein the name of the winner only and deliverable to the winner within 28 days of winner confirmation. The cash element of the prize may require a signature upon delivery and is provided by ITV Consumer Limited, The London Television Centre, Upper Ground, London SE1 9LT.
    London trip
    The prize is an overnight trip to London for the winner and three (3) companions to be taken up on a weekend date to be chosen by the winner and confirmed by the prize provider. The London trip includes travel from the UK mainland train station nearest to the winner’s home address to London, or where relevant, from Belfast International Airport to Heathrow airport, return transfers from the London train station or Heathrow airport to the hotel in London, 4* hotel accommodation for one night only on a bed and breakfast basis and based on a four (4) people sharing two (2) twin or double rooms (subject to availability), return transfers from the hotel in London to the Cambridge Theatre in London (the “theatre”) to see the show and VIP tickets to the show. The London trip, including the VIP tickets to the show is subject to availability and it is the responsibility of the winner to contact the prize provider or their agents as specified at least 28 days before they wish to take up the London trip element of the prize. The London trip element of the prize must be taken up no later than within 12 months of winner confirmation, with the exception of the following dates when the London trip may not be taken up: from 20 December 2012 to 4 January 2013 inclusive, from 27 July to 13 August 2012 inclusive; from 1 June to 5 June 2012 inclusive; on any UK bank holidays and on any other date(s) as may be specified by the prize provider. It is the responsibility of the winner to collect the VIP tickets at the box office of the theatre on the night of the show and to ensure that they and their companions provide proof of age and/or eligibility, when asked, to receive the VIP tickets to the show. Collection of the VIP tickets and entry at the theatre is subject to the terms and conditions as applicable at the theatre. Where the winner’s companion(s) is/are aged under 18 years old, they must have prior parental or guardian permission and must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over when taking up the London trip element of the prize. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companions when taking up the London trip element of the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

    The winner and their companions acknowledge that in the event that the show does not take place as specified for any reason, the Promoter does not accept responsibility in these circumstances and no alternative prize will be provided.
    The London trip element of the prize excludes additional transportation, travelling expenses, accommodation, excursions, meals and drinks not included in the prize, and excludes attractions, treatments, hotel charges, souvenirs, room service, car hire, personal expenses and other charges, fees, expenses and costs not included.
    Holiday
    The holiday is for the winner and three (3) companions to St. Vincent and the Grenadines for seven (7) nights and includes:
    · Return economy class flights from London Heathrow via Barbados to St. Vincent and the Grenadines;
    · Return ground transfers upon arrival at the airport in St. Vincent and the Grenadines to the hotel;
    · Seven nights accommodation on a full-board basis including all meals and drinks at the Buccament Bay Resort in St. Vincent based upon the winner and their companions sharing a two-bedroom villa; and
    · Travel insurance for the winner and their companions for the duration of the holiday (subject to restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider). The winner and/or their companions are responsible for meeting any additional costs related to obtaining insurance cover for any pre-existing medical condition and for any additional costs as may be specified where the winner and/or their companions is/are aged 65 or over.
    The prize provider recommends that the winner contacts the prize provider or their agents as specified no less than six (6) weeks before their preferred departure date for the holiday. The holiday must be taken up within 12 months of winner confirmation subject to availability and to the following blackout dates when the holiday element of the prize may not be taken up: 20 December 2012 - 4 January 2013 inclusive; on any UK bank holidays; and on any other date(s) as may be specified by the prize provider.
    Please note that the winner may be required to hold a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds for the duration of the holiday.
    The winner must be aged 18 or over and at least one member of the travelling party must be aged 21 or over. The winner and their companions must each hold a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry to St. Vincent and the Grenadines. Passports must be valid for travel with a minimum of six (6) months on the date of departure from the UK when taking up the trip. It is the responsibility of the winner to (i) organize and pay costs associated with obtaining visas for the travelling party where relevant (ii) ensure that the travelling party is adequately insured including without limitation covering overseas medical costs, (iii) organize and pay for costs associated with any vaccinations, including without limitation: Hepatitis A, MMR and Tetanus-Diptheria, and (iv) ensure that the travelling party adheres to the travel itinerary and other relevant safety instructions as set out by the prize provider. Where the winner’s companion(s) is/are aged under 18 years old, they must have prior parental or guardian permission and must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over when taking up the holiday element of the prize. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companions when taking up the holiday element of the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.
    The Promoter recommends that women in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy seek the advice of their doctor regarding the suitability of each element of the holiday. Travel is not advisable for those who are 36 weeks or more into pregnancy. A doctor’s letter is required prior to travelling for those who are between 28 and 36 weeks pregnancy or who will be between 28 and 36 weeks pregnancy at the time of travelling. Failure to provide the necessary information and/or documents could result in that person being unable to take up the holiday element of the prize. Vaccinations are highly recommended when taking up the holiday.
    The holiday element of the prize excludes ground transfers in the UK, alcoholic beverages unless otherwise provided, any additional travel, accommodation, excursions, attractions, meals and drinks not included in the prize, parking costs, hotel charges, room service, telephone costs, internet access costs, souvenirs, treatments, car hire, travel or other insurance, spending money, personal expenses, passports and visas.
